Transfer a token

  1. 1.
    Enter bifrost.app and click wallet on the left main navigation to enter the wallet page
  2. 2.
    Click the transfer button on the right side of the token that needs to be transferred in the list
  3. 3.
    Enter the amount you want to transfer
  4. 4.
    Enter the receiving address of the transfer (in order to avoid asset loss, it must be an appropriate and formatted address) (you can also quickly select from the local address that appears after clicking the input box)
  5. 5.
    If you want to transfer money to a non-local address, in some cases it will prevent you from transferring money by default for security reasons. At this time, if you still need to complete the transfer, you can turn off the safe mode switch below and carefully read and check the second confirmation content
  6. 6.
    Click the confirm button to confirm the transaction and complete the signature

Quick token cross-chain

  1. 1.
    On the wallet page, click the crosschain button on the right side of the token you want to transfer across chains and select cross-in/out
  2. 2.
    Follow the general cross-chain operation in the pop-up window

Set the default network transaction fee token

The bifrost network supports multiple tokens as network transaction fees, and BNC is used by default, and you can also modify the default fee token from BNC to other supported tokens

    On the wallet page, click the three-dot icon on the far right of the token you want to set as the default fee
  2. 2.
    Select set as gas fee in the pop-up options and confirm the transaction and complete the signature

Third-party wallets to manage assets

Some excellent third-party wallets also support convenient management of assets on the Bifrost network, you can try the following plugins or wallets:
  • Talisman
  • Subwallet
  • Nova wallet
  • Enkrypt

FAQ

When the browser has installed the corresponding wallet but still cannot detect the extension:

  • Try to refresh the browser;
  • Try restarting your browser and log in to bifrost.app again;
  • Check if plugins are disabled in your browser;
  • Clear browser cache.

No extension pop-up while waiting for authorization:

  • Click the corresponding extension on the browser and try to call up the operation window;
  • Check whether the relevant operation window is blocked by other windows.
Follow the steps below to unblock browser plugins:
  1. 1.
    Click the browser wallet extension icon to call up the panel, and click the settings icon in the upper right corner
2. Click the "Manage Website Access" button in the settings
3. Find bifrost.app and change the denied to allowed
4. Refresh the Bifrost Dapp page and try connecting again

After connecting the wallet, address is not detected

  • Check if there is an address in the wallet, if not, generate an address by importing/creating it, then refresh the Dapp and try to reconnect

Modify the type of the address in the wallet to a generic type according to the following steps:

    Click the browser wallet plugin icon to call up the panel and click the option button to the right of the address
2. In the entension settings panel, change the address type to allow all chains to use
